Sir. Community Showreel & The Future of Sandbox

As the Sir. Community prepares to move forward to the next generation of games, we take a look back at our accomplishments and finest moments in the Battlefield series. We have released the Sir. Community Showreel, a video of our past creations in BF2 and BF2142. It takes you through our biggest modding projects, the legendary stunting era of Battlefield 2, Modjive and BattleDirector, and some of our most popular movies. It certainly has been a blast working in the Battlefield series, with its open-ended gameplay forming a brilliant platform for the community. Thanks to all our current and former members and fans for your ongoing support.

But we're not done yet. Sandbox 1.0 development has begun. This latest version will expand the object list even further - also, many new vehicles will be available for your use. Sandbox 1.0 is intended as a way to give credit to our dedicated players, so stay tuned to SirCommunity.com to try the upcoming public beta and get a chance to get your creations and comments included in the final release!

I hope you enjoy the new website. Bobcat and I have rebuilt it from the ground up to be a better, more organized showcase of the vast talent of our members. News from all Sir. That simple logo animation took many hours to render, so think of that when you see it fly by in a few seconds.

All the BattleRacer footage is brand new and some of you may noticed other members footage mixed in too, after being xalified, like the awesome jump by GenX and various screenshots in the sandbox section.

I did this such a long time ago, glad it's finally up for public viewing.

It is worth it though buddy, really shows that you put time into it, and makes us look very profesional, as well as making you guys look skilled
