Check your firewall and contact EACS (Electronic Arts Customer Service) http://support.ea.com if you are trying to run this at home.

If it is a problem at your GSP then contact them. Is this through BF2CC Daemon?

If so try deleting your .PROFILE files and restarting the server then checking all of you config files to make sure they are correct.

Post your:
settings.con
default.profile
config.xml

PM me your IP

And the ports you have opened on your firewall.
As if they are closed you can only run a lan server.
