those things are named userbars and you make them with photoshop, just google on userbar and u get some tutorials

Without having to make your own you could go to http://ubanimator.com/ and scroll down and click userbar archive, get one you want copy the URL and paste it in the Enter the locations of up to 10 userbars below area and one you have all the ones you want, choose the trasition effect, then create. BAM your done :yay:

EDIT: how do you guys make all your sick sigs?
