ok. i record myself flying in BF2 with Fraps. then i take the Fraps file and import it into adobe premeire and add music. i then encode. the final product is blurry and no where near the quality of the fraps video i recorded. how do i fix this?

Mr. Google is your friend.

Try playing with the Codecs and rendering options.

Use .wmv or something and make sure you're rendering at high quality.

If you want to get good quality, try to use PAL.

find the big G word in my sig, get the right codecs and if the audio is crackly try turning down your computers volume controller.

Take some screenshots of you codec settings, and workspace. Don't use PAL it will not cause greater resolution/quality.
