Trouble with sound

I have a problem with fraps when I try to record a video it records my mic. So I have to turn on sterox mix to record my sound it still records my mic but a little bit. And my sound is really loud. Sound recording is probably set to your headset in control panel.
Change it to Realtek HD Audio output
